fixes the insane inconsistency in concussions due to most animations completely removing the stun (stagger, vaulting, the concussion effect itself). The mod simply applies the stun AFTER the animation finishes, except for animations which last beyond the 2.5s after detonation to prevent some duration overflow.
added a setting for a cooldown between concussion throws. The longer the cooldown, the less overflow is possible.
This is an optional setting that can be enabled/disabled and tweaked in the mod options menu.
added a grace period before cooldown kicks in tweakable in options aswell. more designed for edge cases.
