Ever since Update 183, they made a very simple texture change towards Cloakers to have a darker appearance by lowering the brightness of their clothing. The weird thing that caught me was the camo. What's the point of the camo if you can barely see it? All this retexture does is just removes the camo but keeps the darkened appearance.

Extract into mod_overrides.

P.S: This affects the Cloakers in Boiling Point as they are still using their old pre-U183 textures for consistency's sake. Delete the files in pd2_dlc_mad if you liked the vanilla textures.

I also don't blame you if you cannot tell a difference in the preview photos. It's way more noticible in-game.
