A fun little project I decided to do for the hell of it with the help and work of Mx007. The goal of this mod is to try and replace all pursuit radio chatter with that of Need for Speed's, for the Rockport junkies, Zephers, and cross country participants out there.

1. Download file
2. Open PitCrew
3. Drag and Drop the ZIP file into the GUI
4. Click both "Save" and "Compile"
5. Enjoy

Replaced:
East > Rockport Police Department (Most Wanted)
South > Tri-City Bay Police Department (Undercover)
Mountain States > Federal Police (The Run)/Redview County Police (Rivals)/ Seacrest County Police (Hot Pursuit 2010)

To-do:
Midwest (Most Wanted 2012)
West (Payback & Heat (?))

MAIN ISSUES:

East, as it may be fine now, need some tweaking that I plan to do in Audacity.
Mountain States' dispatcher is a bit quiet at times, a minor error, but can be fixed with a volume tweak also via Audacity.

Subtitles do not match at all, due to how this is set up, so until we can edit those, better to have this mod with the subtitles off.
East is way bigger than it should be, due to the fact I decided for some reason to max the insertion quality in the DSSI tool.
