I don't know how your Payday 2 looks like out there, but for my whole biker-style it fits great. If you're interested, check the other mods - and especially, the one called: "Rust Menu Backgrounds"
This one comes as a stealth theme in my previous mod where I made the whole Theme as a Heist track, but now suddenly decided that it'll be pretty good in main menu, too.
