This rebalance shifts it closer to a gameplay loop of base heists, letting players restart failed heists more often, while making shuffles a last resort option in case of bad RNG.
CONTINUE
After every fail, the cost is slowly raised, starting from 6 coins (6→12→24→48).
Unlike vanilla shuffle, cost is not reset between heists, only on finishing spree.
SHUFFLE
The cost of shuffle is static, and raised with the current level.
This fully copies the behavior of vanilla continue.
CUSTOMIZATION
Starting costs and growth costs are exposed and customizable.
Changed settings should work without restarts.
Fractional values for base costs are possible, but not recommended.
