Renames the Sociopath perk deck to Suicopath. Now with pronouns! (Golden axe sold separately.)

This is my first mod and I have no idea what I'm doing.

Change perk deck description and cards to be thematic (I don't watch enough Suisei to make specific references) (If anyone has ideas I’ll take them)
