Now Rust gets a good perk deck, as He deserves! This mod completely changes the Biker Perk Deck. Except the main factors, of course.
I tested it many times, rewrote, tried again, to make it balanced - but still, not sure about the hard difficulties. I use it with suit on overkill, no dodge.
Definitely can tell: This is a solid one. Not one of the shitty OPs, and not as bad as it was before. Even though I still like the original deck, and always play with it. It's my favorite deck, as Rust is my favorite character, as I think you've already noticed. But still, because of my love to the deck, I've tried to give it a little new breath. But I don't use it online though, playing how it is out there. So keep that in mind. But that's my choice, you can use it as you want, not gonna tell you what to do.
But enough about me...
Now, let's see what it does exactly. I'll write the original down below too, so you could compare.
I suggest to read it carefully, so you not miss anything, and to understand everything completely.

Prospect:
Every time you and your crew performs a kill, you will gain 40 health and 15 armor. This cannot occur than 8 times every 4 seconds. You gain 20% more armor.
Tail Gunner:
Every 10% health missing will increase the amount of armor gained from kills by 3. You gain 40% more health.
Road Captain:
Every 10% health missing will reduce the 4 second cooldown to kill regen by 0.5 seconds.
Sgt-at-Arms:
Every 10% armor missing will increase the amount of health gained from kills by 3.
Prez:
Every 10% armor missing will reduce the 4 second cooldown to kill regen by 0.5 seconds.

Every 10% armor missing will increase the amount of health gained from kills by 1.
