They turned Deathwish into a spawn-camping outfit fashion walk.
NOT ANYMORE.
Some of us appreciate a challenge.
Some of us want the thrill of barely surviving.
There was a smaller core group of hardcore players in Payday: The Heist. I was one of those players. The same will happen with PD2. Eventually, only the Elite will remain.
There are many changes and features. I'll keep it brief. Watch the video above.
THIS MOD IS FOR HOSTING LOUD GAMES AND INFAMY MINIMUM IS RECOMMENDED. NO HOSTING KEY REQUIRED. FEATURES BELOW.

.
Per-Map Presets
Loud maps have presets that you can customize in the customlobby.lua file. I've added comments to easily understand it, make your own, and customize the game flow to your liking as the host. This includes the max and minimum spawns, number of snipers, bulldozers, etc.
.
.
Quality of Life (Death)
A number of features found in popular mods are already in the mod. This includes player stats, skipping the end screen, chat commands to get info on the mod, etc.
.
.
Seriously Mixed Units
The normal game has a bland enemy selection. Deathwish Elite has many mixed enemy units, many with different weapon configs to provide more of a challenge and more variety.
.
.
.
Elite Marshals
The elite units are tough. They are mixed in with regular units. The Elite Marshals have custom AI response which includes the ability to noscope and more rapidly fire. They have been given an upgraded sniper rifle (same as the fbi roof snipers). They will randomly down you from a distance if you are not paying attention. They move and shoot fast.
Elite Cloakers
Much of their logic has been changed to provide a real challenge. They can chain moves. They will down one player, look for anyone nearby and immediately go for a flying kick or a takedown. They have the ability to arrest, or they might take down the entire team. You'll want to prioritize any elite units.
.
.
.
Elite Bulldozers
Skull, Mini-gun and Medic dozers are the lineup. They've been upgraded to run faster, run in teams, and if you get in their face to unload a mag, they have the ability to one-punch knock you out. They are generally ruthless and will not just wait around corners.
.
.
.
Elite Megaspawn
This was an overhaul of the original code to create a new system for spawning. The megaspawn system uses a threshold value as a minimum amount of enemies desired and mass-spawns them. It then slows down until it reaches max spawn cap. This creates more saturation (concurrent) of enemies and increases the tension.
Scripted Events
Specific maps will have added scripted events, where the spawn threshold will change based on in-game triggers, or special spawns will appear in new areas. There is also a special endless assault mode that increases the threshold (large amount of enemies) then uses a swarm feature to charge to an area (instead of just standing around).
Currently First World Bank and Heat Street have scripted events. As time progresses, more events will be added to the popular maps to increase the challenge and variety.
