The SVDM unlocks at level 46 and appears as the Grom Sniper Rifle to everyone who owns the Gage Russian Weapon Pack DLC, appears as the AMCAR otherwise.
A statistically better 168 DMG version of the Grom/SVD, though harder to conceal due to the drastically reduced concealment. Includes several unique weapon attachments, allowing for decent modularity.
Known Issues
The right hand slightly clips into the stock. Especially visible when inspecting the weapon.
Doesn't require 100 headshot kills and 5,000 damage with DMRs at over 75 meters.
