The Konstantinov SA-1 Assault Rifle unlocks at level 16 and appears as the Ketchnov BYK-1 to people who own the Jiu Feng Smuggler Pack 2, appears as the AMCAR Rifle otherwise.
Acts as a slightly stronger, but less wieldy and less concealed version of the Ketchnov, lacking the singature GP-25 grenade launcher but having a larger ammo capacity by default. To account for that, the weapon has a few mod options (2 magazines and 1 barrel), as well as a selection of vanilla modification picks.
