someone writing the networking code assumed numbers will always be numbers. well womp womp sometimes it's "meow" and stoll throws an exception that the game doesn't catch
if you've ever gotten an "invalid stoll argument" or some difficulty related crash when opening crimenet, this is the fix.

unjoinable 1/4 lobbies

i guess it's a race condition? my guess is that sometimes the game sets the lobby state before fully loading the player list, so it thinks the lobby is empty.
either way they should show up properly now.
