After a lot of trial and error and randomly stumbling across the parameters for opacity textures in the Mod Workshop discord. I have finally completed my custom mask for everyone to use.

No longer will the feds think you're raiding the DOJ for Hoxton's sake. Now they can't escape the harsh truth that you've come seeking TRUE justice.
