This mod aims to fix 2 simple issues that have been long plaguing my experience with shields.
Broken shield marshal units not having a headshot multiplier
Shield units not having any damage fall off
With this mod, it finally fixes those issues where broken shield marshal's have a 4x headshot multiplier due to his high health pool, but could be readjusted for balancing reasons if you so desire, and giving pistol and SMG shields damage falloff (the farther away you are from the shield, the less damage they do to you when you get shot by them)
This mod was purely made out of spite because I have always hated these 2 issues and wondered why Starbreeze never bothered fixing them.
