About the changes:
The idea is to either use a dodge build with Suit or an armor build with ICTV, the 10% extra armor allow it to tank 2 shots in Death Sentence. Since the armor buff applies to every armor in the game, you can also try other armors as they will also benefit from a little amount of dodge, I would however recommend against it if playing in Death Sentence.
Hitman's 9th perk now completely removes the suppression mechanic, which means that no matter how many shots hit near you, your armor recovery timer will not reset as long as none hit you.
This is great for a dodge build since if you get lucky enough you can recover your armor even while being shot at in an open field(still wouldn't recommend running out in the open in Death Sentence). It is also really good when using an armor build, which combined with the extra armor recovery speed makes it so you have to wait in cover significantly less time.
Highly recommend taking both armor recovery speed skills in general but specially if playing an armor build, also consider recruiting an Armorer to your team for that extra 10% armor recovery speed for crew buff.
Note: Shock and Awe basic does not stack with it self so no matter how many people on the team have it, you will not see an increase in armor recovery speed.
Feedback:
I did not play a lot with these changes, but I suspect everything other than maybe the armor recovery speed should be balanced.
I have now played a decent amount with these changes and have since reduced the armor recovery speed, and I think I underestimated how powerful not being suppressed actually is, started to think maybe 35% dodge with suit might be a bit too much for this deck.
Really need some feedback on this.
You might have noticed that I renamed every perk, it was done in an attempt to better fit the new effects of the perks, however I am not great with names so if anyone has some better ideas feel free to comment them bellow.
You might have also noticed that I have changed the perk icons(for the same reason), and you probably realized that they are all icons that belong to other decks, except the 9th perk which I kept vanilla mostly so its easier to recognize the deck just from looking at the icon. The reason for this is that I am not an artist and don't know any, if for some reason anyone would like to provide some unique icons for this deck I would greatly appreciate it.
Why did I make this?
After stumbling upon this mod by Dr_Newbie and watching Carrot's video the mod was based on, I realized he had some great ideas for the deck, however after trying the mod I noticed it was unfinished as it literally did not have a 7th perk and I was not particularly fond of how the 9th perk was implemented, so I decided to keep the original ideas and try adding some of my own.
