PDTH Assaults

This mod tries to bring PDTH assaults to PD2

What it does:

• changes assault, control. and fade time close to PDTH ones
  • "assault: build" time is now 60 seconds on any difficulty lower than DW, and 30 seconds on DW and above
  • fade time is always the same
• changes spawn rate close to PDTH one
• removes winters in any difficulty (configurable in settings.lua)

What it DOESN'T:

• changes cop logic completely

TODO:

• turn off police surrendering in assault time
