This mod does exactly that by replacing the existing Xbox Icons though the original PlayStation 4 ones.

The PS Icon Mod by fabale09 brings back the original PlayStation 4 icons used in the PS version of The Crew 1 to your PC installation, but only replaces the Xbox Icons and keeps symbols for KB & Mouse.
