Create an empty lobby from the main menu.

This mod adds a button to create an empty lobby in the main menu.

NO AUTO UPDATE

I'm not the author. I just adapted the mod to the new size of the buttons in the main menu.
The author of the mod is Snh20 (he hasn't appeared online for 7 years). 
The original mod is only available in a re-uploaded form ([modworkshop.net/mod/31309).
