This mod adds a button to create an empty lobby in the main menu.

The mod is currently localized into English and Russian. You can contribute by making your own translation.

I'm not the author. I just adapted the mod to the new size of the buttons in the main menu.
The author of the mod is Snh20 (he hasn't appeared online for 7 years). 
The original mod is only available in a re-uploaded form ([modworkshop.net/mod/31309).
