The original in-game files for Mr. Keegan and Ms. McShay's contact_ .movies don't follow the other contact_ .movies which have empty space meant for the right half of your screen in Briefing/Preplanning, so their tables (or desks) visibly span across the briefing menu.
And someone over at Starbreeze at the time thought that Blaine Keegan's file (contact_blaine1.movie) needed to end with a reversed loop and it's.. honestly not well-hidden or well-done, the file takes up a total of 20.9 megabytes. Twice, as blaine1.movie is pretty much a copy of it and both could've used some compression and/or even better, not have a reversed loop to begin with.
It is worth noting that I am not good at video editing, quite mediocre (or bad) actually; these were purely edits of in-game files, and not the unedited originals Starbreeze has/had(?). It also doesn't help that the one scanline effect my editor of choice (Kdenlive) has isn't customizable, whereas the glitch effect I used can be, but not completely (I did a bad job with it).
I don't think this is faithful to the original and more pleasing contact_ .movies of ye 'olde PAYDAYs, not even barely. But whatever, I just didn't want these being so off-putting to me.
