Complete Heist Timeline

• Adds a new contact in the contract broker, "Complete Timeline."

• This will list all heists in "canonical" order.

There isn't an exact canon order to the heists.
But I've done my best studying the timeline on the wiki.
As far as I can tell this is pretty close to perfect.

The 5 unchanged "classic" heists from Payday 1 are at the top.
The other classics which were changed, I've placed in the order they happen in Payday 2's story.
No Mercy is placed after Hell's Island because it's specifically a Flashback that happens.

I haven't tested this in multiplayer yet, since I'm just adding job wrappers, it should work totally fine.
