I was feeling a little inspired by Payday 3's armor system.
So this perk deck is an attempt to port it's armor "plates" system to Payday 2.
This is my first custom perk deck, it might be a bit buggy and maybe a bit unbalanced.
I'm happy to hear any feedback you might have.
Adaptive Plate:
With these new Adaptives plates, it gives a heister the ability to quickly swap out broken plates to ensure they can make it through that next fire fight.
Card 1:
Unlocks the Adaptive Plate Bag as a Throwable.
Activating the Adaptive Plate Bag will replace the plates in your carrier.
Completely restoring armor and giving you 2 seconds of invulnerability.
Heavier Armor will reduce the amount of charges the Plate bag has.
Each Charge has a 60 second cooldown.
Kills will reduce the cooldown by 6 seconds.
Card 3:
You gain 10% more armor.
Card 5:
Segments your armor into 1/2/3/4 'plates' depending on equipped armor.
When a plate breaks you gain 1 second of invulnerability.
After plates break, they can only be regenerated by using the Plate Bag.
Card 7:
You gain 20% more armor.
Card 9:
Your armor will recover 1.5 seconds after being broken no matter what the situation.
You gain an additional 5% more armor.
