The pop-up notification when unlocking an achievement only works if it is unlocked during a contract, and does not work if it is unlocked in the main menu. For example, if it is an achievement for equipping a certain weapon or mask.
This mod fixes that. Now pop-up notifications work both during a contract and in the main menu.
