PD:TH Bleedout Animations (Fixed and Improved)
This mod replaces the bleedout and fatal animations with the animations from Payday: The Heist.
Unlike other mods which do the same thing, the animations from this mod have been tweaked so that there is no more cases of getting an extended neck, broken fingers, wrists and knees.

- Due to the methods I used to fix the issues with the animations, they are not 100% identical to PD:TH's animations and some corners had to be cut. I tried my best, but sometimes one's best isn't good enough.

- This mod took roughly a full day to finish. When it comes to animating, I end up spending way longer than I feel like I should have due to my pretty bad OCD. I keep getting thoughts of my work not being good enough and I feel the need to constantly go back and see what more I could add or improve. It's not good.
- The second gun on the left hand for akimbo weapons remains connected to the character's hand unlike the vanilla bleedout animations. I did this because if there's one thing I hate the most with Payday 2 animations, it's trying to manipulate how the weapon model moves during the animation. It's just so fucking irritating because there's no way to keep it still in one spot and I don't know of any easier way to work with it.
- The revive animation from the fatal state was pretty lazily made. It's the same as the bleedout revive, except whoever made it placed one frame of the fatal idle animation about 17 frames before the bleedout revive. It looked awkward, so I made a few of my own edits to that particular animation.
- About five years ago, I came across PD:TH Heister bleedout animations by Jarey_. I always enjoyed PD:TH's animations and the bleedout animations from that game looked a lot better than Payday 2's. I guess the mod wasn't given the same level of care as other mods made by Jarey_, since the animations had several problems consisting of an extended neck, broken fingers, wrists and knees. Seemed to have been a simple copy & paste job. The mod page's images do a decent job at masking the issues, but if you looked close, they were obvious and pretty bad. Considering how long ago the mod was made, it's safe to say Jarey_ was never going to fix the animations. "not really an issue" my ass.
- The original mod by Jarey_ did not include
cbt_fatal_death.animation
. I added it because PD:TH had its own variant and I wanted to keep the consistency between all animations.
All files go into mod_overrides.
