Changes all rails on Eagle Heavy Rifle so that they now are 3D as well as some small changes.

The small changes includes:

• Increased rail sizes so that they no longer are to small.
• Made the side rails line up with each other.
• Increased the size of the rail cover.

This mod also works great with weapon texture mods.
