The P-4 Senator unlocks at level 15 and appears as the Taurus Judge (Judge Shotgun).

This revolver is reliable, hard-hitting, wrist-snapping, and most importantly, very prone to making you spin it excessively. It possesses the highest damage of all the revolvers in the vanilla game, but at the cost of having really high recoil, and average accuracy. It's really effective at close range, and becomes more worse the further it shoots. As well as having really high armor penetration, allowing it to go even through shield units.

Includes a built-in flashlight that can be modified.
