Adds A Part Falling and An Absence as one custom heist track

Like the other ULTRAKILL Track, if the songs are the same piece, they will transition into each other at the same time

kinda was stuck on how to make this sound okay since i feel the Combat of An Absence is abit jarring to go back to from a part falling so i just made A part falling (Calm) be filling in for the control phase after the initial assault is done
