This mod does as it says on the tin -- it guarantees the hot dog stand spawn on Ukrainian Job/Jewelry Store for those seeking the extra challenge anytime they try to take these heists on in stealth, as it is rather easy on its own.

This is part of a group of some small edits I've made to a gameplay overhaul I use, ported over to be compatible with the standard game for those who may want them.
