Restores the old laundromat safe house as a custom heist that you can visit anytime.

EDIT: It has been brought to my attention that Two-Click Safehouse exists, which is a more faithful restoration by re-adding the safehouse button to the menus instead of cloning it as a custom heist like I did. I would recommend using that instead of this, however I will keep this up in case that one eventually breaks somehow.
