When a player has no mods, Payday 2 will show some strange characters in the Mods section of their lobby instead of actually showing no mods.
It is probably an oversight from OVK, the string is uninformative and useless. This mod removes that string for unmodded lobbies, while still showing mods if the lobby does actually have them.
