adds my beta rip of pump & dump (heist track from pd3's fear & greed heist) as a heist track
only includes assault A, not assaults A and B like what pd3 has

i plan on porting this mod to pd3 at some point, however i dont even own pd3 at the moment

i didnt think the "&" symbol would even appear in the pd2 jukebox but it does

these beta rips might start getting old soon, but i have an even better idea for later on
