The AR-32 Pacifier unlocks at level 15 and appears as the Izhmash AK-12 (AK17 Rifle) to people who own the Gage Russian Weapon Pack, otherwise appears as the AMCAR Rifle.
As the title of the rifle implies, this weapon is meant to act as a "compliance tool", firing humane, totally-not-lethal stun rounds that stagger enemies (even Bulldozers!) on hit. The stun duration is equal to a regular Concussion Grenade. While it has an ability to kill, it is generally not recommended due to its very low damage output, as well as not being able to deal critical hits with skills like Low Blow and Unseen Strike. The user has the option to increase its damage with skills like Berserker, and by attaching a better muzzle brake. Regardless, the Pacifier can easily penetrate any body armor.
