The Commando 556 is unlocked at level 56. It's in the 90 damage tier, sporting a decent fire rate and accuracy and stability. It's not that notable.

It also come with new mods, five handguards, three grips, two barrels, one custom mod, and six stocks. The Commando 552 itself can use the new grips and stocks it comes with.

Appears as the Commando 552 to people with the Armored Transport DLC without this mod, appears as the AMCAR otherwise.
