The R-2 Amendment unlocks at level 35 and appears as the Springfield Armory M1A SOCOM 16 (M308 Rifle).

The Amendment is a versatile Marksman Rifle, able to hit enemies from afar with its semi-auto mode, or deal righteous liberation up close with its burst mode. While lacking in stopping power, it makes up with its high damage output. Comes with an integrated bayonet attachment for extra Weapon Butt damage when up close and personal with the enemies of Democracy, as well as coming with a 4x Combat Scope to see those who dare not approach the shining beacon of Liberty.

As with almost all of my Helldivers 2 ports, if you choose to reload your weapon before the current mag is empty... Those bullets end up wasted on the ground... Instead of buried in the hearts of our enemies! I say, waste ENEMIES, not BULLETS!
