Sometimes, that high stakes crap doesnt get you excited enough, betting 10k on black is barely breakfast to feed that rush... how about we raise those stakes higher?
The Gambler King Perk Deck, gambling with your life for a chance to win big.

Card 1 - All or Nothing
Grants you 200% damage
50% chance for you to be shot by your own bullet

Card 3 - Gamblers Rush
Upon firing succesfully, your damage is increased by another 200%
Resets back to base value once you fire unsuccesfully

Card 5 - Multi-Skilled
Adds 20 dodge, nothing else to it

Card 7 - Winning Streak
Each time you successfully fire your gun, your chances improve by 5%
This maxes out at an 80/20 chance, with the 20% being unsuccessful firing

Card 9 - All In.
Upon killing an enemy, you have a 20% chance to regain all health
Cooldown of 5 seconds

Clarifications
Damage Increase is not applied to explosives or melee weapons
Dying to your own weapon does take a down
You do take chance damage from explosive weapons
"200%" just means doubled
Extra damage via "Gamblers Rush" caps at 512 times more than base
This deck revolves around "Chance" a new mechanic which is just a 50/50 of whether you shoot yourself, or shoot normally

Recommendations
Best used with single shot weapons, but full auto does work (and very fun)
Play with either max armour or dodge (im no pro, so you dont have to follow this)
This deck is not as OP as you may think (but min-maxing anything is op so...)
I have done some testing, but bugs may occur, please do report them
