Thirdperson Bullpup Crouch Shoot Animation Fix
After the desync update, new thirdperson animations were added to the game. Unfortunately, someone at Overkill got lazy and couldn't be bothered to make a different animation for shooting while crouched with bullpup holdtype weapons, so they reused the stand shoot animation. It's not too noticable in the heat of a match, but I noticed it, and it bothered me, so I made a new animation to fix this. The character looks like they can't quite handle the recoil of the gun and they start leaning back. The new animations are already bad, and then they don't bother fixing this. Horrible.
Notice
- Since this mod adds in a totally new animation, it will conflict with nothing.
- Bullpup animations have no unique single fire or auto fire animations, so no matter the choice of weapon, you'll only see this mod's animation play.
- This mod is client sided, meaning only you can see the changes.

- I have a very big distaste for this game's bullpup animations. Compared to rifle, pistol, bow, etc, there's so few animations for bullpup that everything looks so janky and stiff. Prior to the Desync Update, bullpup weapons used the rifle animations, and in my opinion, despite the left hand often not gripping anything, it did not look as bad as today. I doubt I'll try and fix other issues these animations have, so I will just attempt to fix the most commonly seen issues.
- It was actually a little bit difficult to make this animation despite it only being a few frames. I'm clearly not very good at animating recoil. I immediately felt better about my work when I looked at some of the other recoil animations. They look so unbelievably pitiful. I mean, just look at the shotgun animation, the character doesn't even rack the shotgun! I can't believe some people think the new animations look better than before.
All files go into mod_overrides.
SuperBLT is a necessity. No exceptions.
