Disables some interruptions possible for the team AI on older payday builds when reviving a teammate, Instead of randomly stopping in the middle of reviving you seemingly at random now it rarely ever happens
all and all this results in more heist successes instead of bleeding out and failing for no reason

This mod was tested for Update 55 of payday 2 but generally should work for any that uses the same teambrain code
so NOT current payday
