Happiness is, as they say.
Foster had wandered into day trading from a mediocre English private school education, with the classic 'you’ll never amount to anything, Foster' ringing in his ears from the school’s careers office. Not that Foster really cared. But, bizarrely, he found that day trading suited him. He started to generate large sums of money and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not that he would admit to enjoying a job, obviously. He also had a habit of verbally abusing authority figures. This led to Foster being seen as a clever, smart guy, with a sardonic sense of humor and great taste in clothes and cars. Or a jumped-up little tool. You decide.
After that whole Zed nightmare sorted itself out, Mr. and Mrs. Foster settled down together. But the normal married life didn't satisfy them for very long after getting so used to blood, guts, and dosh! They heard the Payday crew was reforming and wanted a piece of the action. They already had the masks, guns, and murderous spirit required, so Shade had little to hesitate about. They may not be able to work together in the city as day traders, or live a normal happy life without the urge to gun someone down, but they can work together to exterminate the coppers, making huge piles of dosh along the way!
Mr. Foster from Killing Floor 2 replaces Hoxton. Enjoy :p

Fantastic mod. In AWE with how much effort you put into it. One note: He loves saying "Happiness is, as they say." Like way too much...
Yeah I think I put it as an option for almost every special because it's my favorite from KF2 so I wanted to hear it. But yeah I could change that a bit, sucks there's only 5 kill lines for each special so you end up hearing the same ones a lot anyways.
