Adds a standalone custom skin with an extra variant for the 5/7 AP Pistol. Heavily inspired by Thurnip & Gruta's Night Rabbit and The Tiger skins made for CS:GO.

This weapon skin is my first deep dive (and a potential return into the skin niche?) into creating skins according to soosh's Steam guide, and it's mostly a recreation of the original inspiration to the best of my abilities. Some details had to be left out due to how OVERbreeze set up the pattern UVs for the 5/7's frame, aka putting one thing would cause said thing to appear in other places at the same time, which is... really annoying. But I'm happy with the result nonetheless.
