Changes the "CHEATER" tag to empty spaces. This does not disable it or the anti-cheat or anything. It only renames it to a bunch of spaces for the english loc of PAYDAY 2. This does not make it easier to cheat. It only makes it invisible for you and nobody else.

I'm no longer 0-76, I don't need to see the CHEATER tag in big red letters flying everywhere on my screen. The guy's name is red, the chat box says he's cheating, chances are he's a friend anyway, I don't need it.
