Adds variation to other factions cloakers, I mostly just did this out of boredom and because of vladald1's comment on the original mod.

As of now the Reapers get the sky blue dots and the zombies get red dots, the zombies also have this weird effect that makes it look like he's holding a flashlight under his head. I kept it because thought it fit the "halloween" theme of the heists. If you have any recommendations or suggestions please comment them (:
