Reduces file sizes of several textures in this heist, a LOT in this heist is too detailed for things you'd never notice, with that, this tries to preserve the overall visual quality while optimizing textures that don't need to be as big as they are, hopefully increasing performance especially for potatoes without having to decrease texture settings and making everything look worse at once and also making the game less prone to crash on high settings.
