Hey everyone, Milk here. You might remember me as the one who manages ModWorkshop from behind the scenes.

I've got some good News for all of you.

Me and Luffy decided to join ModWorkshop with Sidetrack Games (the guys who made RAID: WW2 updates and maintain PAYDAY 2)

Going forward that means there wont be any more ads. Nobody liked those anyways.
It also means we will have some more resources to run ModWorkshop, so it'll be a bit faster.

As for how ModWorkshop works and operates, that does not change.
The community continues to be in charge and makes the decisions that matter.

This generally means the burden of everything isn't just on me alone anymore.
And it also means that there is a better future ahead for ModWorkshop.
Running certain things alone has not always been easy.

So to a better future and lots of cool new mods.

VS ROBO ARMY: Extra (YAKUZA UPDATE)

This is where I'll try to call it off with Modding Payday 2. DOWNLOAD BOTH THE VS ROBO ARMY & INSANE_CAST MOD FOR THIS STUPID MOD TO MAKE SENSE. USE THE "ALL" VERSION.

Since Locke is in multiple vids, I'll say here that Locke is replaced by a Robotic Seras Victoria. (Lore for Techsing Company says everyone needs to be converted into a machine)
Not all Locke's voicelines are replaced due to time.

All bikers are now replaced with my stupid robot OC from 2017, but with Spike Spiegel's clothes.
Ed is now the mechanic.
Faye Valentine is the Biker boss.

Ever since the body-swap, the story is still the same but Rust is in another body, same with the Mechanic and the Biker boss. Everyone else is now a bot because the others didn't survive.

Akatsuki from Akatsuki Blitzkampf completely replaced Hoxton if you also download the Insane_Cast mod.
Perfecti from Akatsuki Blitzkampf replaces Bain. Not all voicelines are replaced due to time.
Murakumo(?) from Akatsuki Blitzkampf replaces Hector.

There's major crossover reasons to why Perfecti is Bain that I will not get into. Murakumo? is an agent of a German Army that has took over Russia and most of Europe.

Robo-Ky in Kendo Uniform now replaces the Secret Service with the flashligh.
Garrett is replaced with the Robo Army's version of Uncle Sam.
Every gang has been replaced with my stupid robot OC from 2017. Russian version are evil version from another Robot Army I will not get into due to how insane the lore gets.

"OUR UNCLE SAM, 'BROTHER JIKAKU,' IS THE COMMISSIONER OF OUR UNITS!"

All the Scarface Guards are replaced with V2 with V1's body. (You can also get Spamton as the Head of Security if you download the "ALL" version of this mod.)
V2 Replaces the Scarface Mansion boss.
Alaskan Hostage and Captain are replaced by crossover characters I will not get into.

Same story as V1, V2 was given memories of another person.

Monibots(Monika's Look-alike bots) replaces the Mobsters.
Monika replaces the Commissar.

Ever since the bombing of a Japanese HS involving some Russian Mobsters, another student decided to hunt down the mobsters through starting their own gang.

(The Penthouse are replace with Omori characters. Robo-Mari is an Robo Army original, same with Roboheart 2.0.)

FINAL UPDATE:

"Vlad" or Akira "Vlad" Kozak is a Japanese Ukrainian that was originally born in Japan, but ever since the takeover of the Mechas, was forced to live in the Soviet, then Ukraine. He moved to D.C Washington during his criminal era. He was somehow involved in the mysterious gang that has been challenging the Robo Army's Power. Not all voicelines are replaced due to resource being limiting/no one is organizing all the lines.

Majima, or Kazuo/Goro Feng is a Japanese Chinese, who has moved to China during his early years after the invasion of the Mechas in Japan. He is a former "Golden Dagger" triad member, but left after finding out it has deep connections to the same army that took over his original homeland (Penthouse mission with the Omori Robos explains this.) He is also Kazuo since he was arrested and put into prison for a while, before being saved by a mysterious gang that wants info on a Robo's son. He later returned as an arms dealer in San Francisco, meeting up with the commander of the gang, going by his real name now. Not all voicelines are replaced due to resource being limiting/no one is organizing all the lines.

Akira's brother-in-law Ichiban is a Japanese-Bosnian-Norwegian who was adapted into the family of Akira's wife after his family died trying to leave Japan. He's a drunk crazy alcoholic who Akira really "care less" about, but still wants the mysterious gang to rescue him. His name in his adapted family is Hajrudin to farther blend-in with where he lived. Not all voicelines are replaced due to resource being limiting/no one is organizing all the lines.

"Matt" or Akiyama was a forced member of the mysterious gang, driving for them before he quickly betrayed them. He knows the gang personality, so Robotic Seras Victoria(going by Locke to hide her identity) shared his location to stop him from sharing any info on them.

NEW UPDATE ADDS VIDEOS FOR CONTACTS!
I won't be adding more lore for those. It should be self-explainable if you read the lore up there. Anyone new in the videos have the same personality as the Payday 2 cast in this universe. The Cosmic Horror one though is just her being killed by a mafia guy.
