Total Ammo : 36 → 7
Armor piercing chance: 0 → 100%
Autohit range: 0 → 180 degree 900m

The following events occur on hit:

1% chance of BE IN CUSTODY with system message.
4% chance of instant down.
9.3% chance of 30% health damage.
