Remake of the skill display from NGBTO to display teammates skills and perk deck when opening the tab menu.

This will only work for MUI users with the statistics enabled.

Comes with a few options for text size and how detailed the skill display should be.

I made this for myself to use with my own cutsom version of MUI, It has not been fully tested so let me know if there is any problems with it.
