Improved by make the Hailstorm have 2 different situation mode

It shot 4 times in volley mode, quite effective on dozer face.
The volley mode allows u penetrate wall and shield while also fast at executing your target but with more ammo cost..
I kind of however make it goes for run and gunning especially who got caught in a dozer kill zone(?) it still being tested out to balance it but u can balance it yourself
The gun is cool but rare or even never seen someone using it so this mod might help!

Accuracy and Recoil is being untouched except damage where i found that the current damage i set might be a sweetspot for crits and berserk
The pickups also get increased a bit so u do both use secondary when out of ammo and also not being rare to use it
