The TOZ-81 Revolver unlocks at level 35 and appears as the Taurus 4510PLYFS (Judge Shotgun).
This weapon is what is essentially a sidegrade to the Judge that encourages a more survival-like scrounger playstyle due to having only 5 rounds, and a lesser ammo capacity to its based on. Feature and stat-wise, it is a replica of the Judge.
Features an integrated bayonet that needs to be "flipped" before usage (aka equipping it in the Gunsmith). Doing so increase Weapon Butt damage, as well as allow the user to equip almost every available vanilla optic in the game.

5.45x39mm Ammunition Conversion Kit - Converts the standard .410 Bore shells into 5.45x39mm bullets, turning the TOZ-81 into a very accurate, yet heavily unstable pocket revolver.
Topor Bayonet - Increases melee damage and knockdown while using the Weapon Butt melee weapon.
Zhuk Stock - Trades concealment for better accuracy and recoil control.
Uses an edited GL40 Grenade Launcher reload animation as its reloads.
KNOWN ISSUES:
The ADS viewmodel is slightly off-center, but is zeroed on the reddot.
When reloading the weapon, the character will not use a speedloader to load the shells/bullets.
The Silent Killer and "Shh!" silencers will slightly clip through the bayonet if the latter is equipped.
