Why the long face?

Backports all 6 masks from PAYDAY 3's 2nd Mask of The Week rotation from part 1 of its Anniversary Update. All masks are fully customizable, although patterns may look wonky on some of them.

KNOWN ISSUE: Similar to the Boys In Blue Mask Pack, the masks had to be ported as "helmets" with their original backstraps due to severe clipping issues with the PAYDAY 2 backstrap.
