REQUIRES Updated Heist Jukebox
Available in Payday 2 thanks to Maksonchik_001!! https://modworkshop.net/mod/50178
2025 Update: V2
- Fixed an incompatability with a PD:TH heist track pack, I can't let a man not have his PD:TH tracks. This was only possible because of ZeroZM's kind help re-pakking the mod! I guess you could say he...
- Updated the localization files :troll:
- Added a 15% chance rare Assault variation, cause why not. Experience a switchup just as surprising as Code Silver 2018s, this one having a fimiliar lead and an unusual genre switch. I recommend not spoiling it for yourself and hearing it for the first time in game, and if you don't want it theres a bug-fix-only pak as well.
- Some minor mix changes like removing a duplicate kick that was loud asf
- Made an updated Payday 2 port, big thank you to Maksonchik for making the first one :) (I forgot ts needs approval lol, soon though!)
I'm still extremely grateful for this track kickstarting my streak of payday remixes, It's been my most successful and rewarding music endeavor so far and I will try to keep the consistency as best as I can. Thank you all for the support.
Preview for the new rare assault:
(Original description)
I've always wanted to create a mix between the original Code Silver from PD:TH, and the remake of it in 2018.
I love both versions, they are what got me into the Payday franchise in the first place, and I've tried remixing the track many times in the past, to varying degrees on success (emphasis on varying).
This time I'm proud to show the finalized, semi-original, Code Silver 2024.
And of course, credit to Simon Viklund for creating the original tracks. Stems provided in PD:TH's OST DLC were used.
I've called this an "original remix" so people know it's not AI. I've seen a lot of that dogshit slop pop up on Youtube recently and want to reassure those hesitant to click on payday "remixes" now that this is in fact, hand-crafted, original (sorta) and I'm proud to say has had ZERO use of AI during it's production. Enjoy this theft-free peice of real music. For proof, I've attached images of the FL project file.
Huge, Enormous, Massive, biggest Thank you to Ershiozer for his incredible one-on-one tutorial. Wouldn't be possible without them and I'm extremely grateful for their direct help. Link to the text tutorial: https://modworkshop.net/mod/48830
Does not contain stealth. You're not installing this to stealth, are you? Just like stealth gameplay itself, writing music for it puts me to sleep. Subject to change in the future though.
Listen to the remix here:
Known issues:
- Anticipation looping can be dodgy, might fix soon
- Control is a bit quiet (let me know if it needs to be adjusted!)
