An Addon for Restoration Mod that filters mask off detection, do i need to say more?

At first you might realize the mod doesn't work, since this just filters your "mask_off" detection so only security, murkies and gangster accesses detect you. But anything like cops don't, allowing you to walk past them while unmasked.
This also makes every attention object require line-of-sight checks but i'm unsure if that works or not.

Known Issues

• Murkies in The White House heist don't seem to suspect you, even if Locke mentions they can. I think Resmod just sets their access to cop instead of security or murky. This is out of scope for this mod, so you should fix that yourself.
