Adds Code Silver 2018 as a Custom Heist Track.

As of Version 1.6! Audio Files are now in source quality from payday 2! also added quick fade transitions to simulate payday 2's handling of assault!

Includes all Intros, Transitions, The anticipation loop (if it gets used), and randomly choses which assault track to use.
