This mod makes you automatically say to other players in chat which (special) unit or boss attacked and downed you.
You can customize and toggle the messages for each unit in the mod options menu.
First 3 options in the customizable list are when a cloaker downs you with his kick, when a taser starts tasing you and when a taser incapacitates you.
All the other options trigger when you get shot (and downed) by a unit.
